An annual fully sponsored 3 week exchange programme between
the Fremantle Arts Centre in Western Australia and Art Ichol.
The programme focuses on cultural exchange and
research with the possibility of workshops, open studios, artists' talk and other public programming possibilities
depending on each artist, their willingness and their aptitude.
